I live in Pamplico East of Florence, SC where I enjoyed growing up and knowing many of the fine people that reside around this small town. Life was simple, I could ride my bike around town and to my friend’s house. I worked in the IGA Grocery store bagging groceries before I was a teenager, worked in tobacco and was a lifeguard when I was a teenager. I attended Hannah-Pamplico High School, Spartanburg Methodist College and Francis Marion College where I met my wife, Sally.

Sally and I have been married since 1978. We have two girls, Nancy and Christy, two sons-in-law Paul and Blake and now three fine grands Wesley, Hannah and Emma.

I worked in textiles for 27 years as a manager and went right into real estate where I have worked helping so many fine people since 2006. I love real estate, meeting people from all over the United States and other countries and helping them find that perfect home or piece of land.

I am owner of Munn Hardware in Pamplico and serve on the board of Circle Park Behavioral Health Services in Florence. I have served as president of the Pee Dee Realtor Association and currently Region 3 VP with the South Carolina Realtors.

I worked with Burt Jordan Realtors from 2006 until our Broker Burt Jordan passed and the family decided to close the Florence office. I have found a new home with Drayton Realty Group that serves the Grand Strand and Pee Dee.
